Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Please take a moment to review our policy.
1. Cancellation by Customer
Cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances. All bookings are final.
2. Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or change in plans.
3. No-Show Policy
Guests who do not check in on the scheduled date (no-shows) are not eligible for a refund.
However, we offer a one-time date change option for no-shows, valid for up to 7 days from the original check-in date, subject to availability.
Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible to request a change.
4. Modifications
Modifications to bookings (such as changes to dates or guest details) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
All modification requests must be submitted to our Customer Service team in advance.
