1. Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellations must be made by contacting customer service.
- Please review the cancellation policy listed on your booking confirmation.
2. Refund Policy
- All bookings are Non-refundable. They are not eligible for any refund.
3. No-Show Policy
- Failure to check in without prior notice may result in no refund.
4. Modification
- Changes to your booking (dates, guests, etc.) are subject to availability and additional charges.
